The easy-to-install Athalon™ pressure and return line housings contain filter elements made from inert, inorganic fibers in a coreless, Laid-Over Pleat (LOP) design that maximizes filter capacity to extend service life. The filter element resists high cyclic flow stress and dirt loading, has a Betax(c) ≥ 2000 efficiency rating (the highest in the industry), and features anti-static properties to prevent electrostatic discharge damage. Athalon filter housings are quick, safe, and easy to maintain by simply unscrewing the filter cap instead of removing the entire filter bowl.
